My Story – Niki Moorcroft
At a young age I was overwhelmed: school, friends, moving countries and trying to learn in two languages. It was all a bit too much. I was unsure about how to control my anxiety and it took me awhile to identify that the way I was living was also creating copious amounts of unhealthy stress which I had very little idea about managing. I haven’t been able to identify how long-ago the anxiety and the associated stress started. But I can clearly pinpoint the period of time I identified how I could attempt to control it.
