It guides you in exploring the idea of value (different from values); recognising how you have value to contribute, to claim and to create; the specifics of such value; and what choices you will make with your new knowledge in being valuable to those you work with.

This program sets you on the path to being a strong articulate value-creator increasing your employment potential and your value proposition to an employer. 

It provides guidance to support you in shaping your first Value Exchange Ledger and Value Creation Plan for a particular context of your workscape.

It encourages you to adopt a perspective that you can contribute, claim and create value for both yourself, and the places where you work. As a result a world of rich possibilities awaits your intention and action to make it happen.

What’s involved

You’ve got 35 days to digest and learn with the provided materials at your own pace. You can expect to invest 7-10 hours in total, reading/listening to the resources and doing the activities thoughtfully.
