Changes to the website
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the website, products or services at any time.
Orders
We will supply all orders on a first come first served basis. Should there be insufficient quantity of a product to supply an order we will let you know immediately and advise on any delay. Larger quantity orders may require additional stock to be manufactured so please allow up to two weeks.
eLearning Programs
All eLearning programs require access to the internet. Some programs require additional products or resources for which it is your responsibility to get.
The login provided for accessing an eLearning program is for personal use only and may not be shared with other people – doing so may result in cancellation of your enrolment.
The length of time for access to an eLearning program is specified in the purchase of each program and starts immediately on purchase. If an extension of time is required, please contact us prior to the program’s expiry date, detailing the circumstances. A fee may apply for extensions.
Refunds
Products are supplied in good faith. If there is a problem with a product, please advise us and we will replace, refund or otherwise rectify.
Depending on circumstances, postage costs incurred by us may not be refunded.
Returned products, in original condition, should be returned by post to the postal address below. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
eLearning programs are considered ‘consumed’ as soon as the enrolment has been issued. A penalty fee (up to 100%) may apply for a refund of an eLearning program, depending on circumstances.
Postage
We endeavor to keep postage costs low. To that end we offer standard postage on products sold by this website. In most cases there is no handling costs added when buying single quantities of a product, a small handling fee may be applied when buying multiple quantities of a product. Postage is displayed in the shopping cart.
If you do not receive your products or there has been an undue delay in receiving your product, please advise us at the email or address below.
